Q: Is all of your available inventory listed on the website?

A: We have inventory arriving daily and get it listed in the shortest possible time.

Q: What happens after I have made the decision to purchase a week of timeshare?

A: You will need to make an offer and have acceptance before purchase can be consumated.

Q: What can I expect as a process when I purchase a week through Timeshare Wholesalers?

A: The purchase process is as follow; You will be emailed instructions on how to open a buyers account to submit your buyers information for document generation. Once you have submitted your information, you will be prompted to notify us by email. We will finish the documents and email you instructions on how to go to your buyers account and print your purchase and sale agreement. Once you have printed your purchase and sale agreement you will contact the resort or management company to do your due diligence and verify the information on the contract is true and accurate. Once you have done that you will execute your purchase and sale agreement and send it to us with funds to close.

You will be notified by e-mail when the contract is received and you will be sent a signed original copy of the purchase and sale agreement in the mail. Closing commences (in most cases) 10 days after the contract is received. If you are purchasing a deeded property, you can expect the recorder to process the deed an average of 2-3 weeks. (some case are longer) but the closing agents we use know how to get the recordings (or certified copies sent out) from recording in extraordinary circumstances. Average Deeded week purchases are done within 45-60 days, start to finish, including the transfer with the resort.

If you are purchasing a right to use or a club membership then it can sometimes be less time but is rarely ever more than the deeded processing and closing (averaging more towards the 45 day mark than the 60).

The management company, in some cases, takes the longest to change their records, especially in Mexico and the Bahamas (Caribbean in general).

Q. How do I know the quality of what I am purchasing without going to take a look at it?

A. There are several websites online that can give you a lot of information and provide excellent research opportunities. They can be found on our “Related Sites Page” and one should take the time to do thorough research on their choices. You can also ask us if we have any first hand knowledge about a resort.

FYI- 98% of all of our buyers do buy site unseen. 38% buy from a recommendation of someone they know or have conferred with someone that owns or has exchanged into the resort recently, usually via the internet or some other timeshare network club.

Q. How much money am I really saving when I purchase from you versus the developer at the resort?

A. You are saving a minimum of 20%(depending on how new the product is and what the demand for that product is) all the way up to an 80% savings!
